Konstantinia has worked for me on two of my properties now. I was a seller both times. She is absolutely a kick BUTT professional. To achieve the sale of your home there is no task she won’t take on. She has been our mover, gardener, interior decorator, Analyst, house keeper, and even our customer service agent. She gets right down to whatever the task needed in order to reach what ever goals are necessary. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and extremely honest. Strategic thinker with quick problem solving skills. Mostly I like that she gives her whole heart and even sometimes sacrifices her bottom line, her earnings if it is necessary. They absolutely do not make these type of advocates in the real estate industry anymore. I don’t believe she is top 10 in San Diego County, I think she is number one. I think someone needs to recount and rethink!
