Another realtor advised us the most I should expect in this slow market was $93 to $97 a square foot for our house. Konrad helped us determine the appropriate listing price, and worked hard to market the house and generate interest in the listing. We listed at $101 a square foot and within 3 weeks the house sold for $100 a square foot. Konrad is hard-working, professional, highly ethical, and genuinely puts his client's best interest foremost in the process. He will be helping us with the purchase of our next home because I know he will provide the same level of service he provided as seller's agent.
