Konni was really great to work with. In addition to being very knowledgeable and thorough she was fun to spend all that time with. She was very pleasant about working to my schedule and driving all over. However, the way she helped me handle some issues that surfaced during inspection was the most impressive thing to me. She was able to translate the issues that needed attention into the different types of work that might be required to remedy them. She then knew someone to call for each type of work that might be required and got estimates from each. Konni then put together a new offer laying out the different work and how much it might cost. As a result of her knowledge and skills we got the house for significantly less than I expected. Besides for having all the knowledge and skills one would hope their agent had, She did a lot of things that I would have expected would fall to me. There were many, some small, but still big time savers for me, but none as significant as the one I described. I don’t think you could find anyone to work with who could be better or more enjoyable to work with than Konni.
