My name is Konner, I am from Lake Oswego, Oregon where I currently live with my wife, Mallory, and our dog, Tabor. I love the Pacific Northwest, which is why I moved back here after graduating from the University of Oregon in 2015. Because of my local knowledge I am an advisor on all things in Lake Oswego and the greater Portland area, even outside of real estate. Whether you need info on schools, service providers, contractors, etc. I have valuable information and trusted resources for you. Also, having recently been a first-time home buyer myself, I understand the concerns, hesitations, and obstacles in the way—it can be overwhelming. I empathize with my clients and focus on educating first, because understanding the process is key to feeling confident in your decision making when buying or selling your home. Prior to Real Estate I was a Sales Account Manager for 5 years at a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing facility. The job required a lot of planning and foresight to steer clear of any potential issues that may arise, staying on top of timelines, all while maintaining client relationships. And when it came to communicating with clients, I quickly learned that honest, upfront, and quick communication was key. Real Estate provides similar challenges! The value I bring to you is local knowledge, local resources, an understanding of the home-buying and selling process from your perspective after recently purchasing a home for the first time, a calm demeanor to keep everyone in the game during those tense times, and honest and upfront communication. My goal is to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible by taking the stress off your plate. As my client you will be educated on the process of buying and selling a home and armed with an informed opinion at every decision. You will know the ins and outs of neighborhoods in surrounding communities, and have guidance when you’re in a pinch for local contractors or other service providers. You’ll be prepared for any potential curveball that may be thrown your way. I will guide you—and sometimes even the buyer/seller on the other side—to keep a level head, leave emotions to the side, and stay focused on the big picture so you can confidently make the best decisions for you.

Konner was amazing!

First-Time Home Buyers

As first-time home buyers, we weren’t really sure of how the home buying process went, but Konner was there guiding us through every step of the way. He responded quickly to all of our questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
