I had a very pleasant home buying experience with Komail as my realtor from the buyers side. He was very detailed about every step in the process. He showed tremendous interest in addressing our concerns and continuously supported us, even at times when there was probably no need for him to step in. He is very balanced in his approach and very reasonable both from the sellers and the buyers perspective. The fact that he was always there to support us in the process, saved us from a wire fraud that would have routed the money for the closing to an unwarranted person. I would especially recommend first time home buyers to always hire a realtor and if you are lucky enough hire Komail. I highly recommend him as a realtor for both buying and selling.
