Couldn't ask for a better agent
This was the first time I had ever sold a property, and I really appreciated Koinonia's expertise and patient guidance. She arranged everything in preparing for the sale. She found a contractor to do some pretty significant repairs. She found someone to clean the place. She found some people to stage the unit with some fancy furniture and decorations to make it more attractive. I ended up getting a much higher selling price than I was expecting. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a place.
