Buying or selling a house is a complex task with lots of moving pieces. Mike works like no other to make sure that it goes as smooth as possible. We bought and sold with Mike. The second things started to slip on our buyers side he was on top of it. Due to his work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail we closed a day early despite the lender issues. Most real estate transactions happen pretty smoothly but if something does happen you’re going to wish Mike was there.
