As you know realtors are paid on commission we were selling a $90,000 trailer and I was treated like I was selling a million dollar home. We listed the property within 24 hours we had an offer. Had the inspection and it needed some work. She found an electrician and plumber. Took care of everything and all the work was done within a week. This is the first time I’ve felt I got my moneys worth when dealing with a realtor. ❤️
