They provided helpful suggestions for preparing our property for showing and provided an accurate assessment of its market value. Their web presentation the best I had seen when compared to other realtors. The house sold the first day it was on the market for considerably more than the asking price. They even helped us move a few last things in order to make the closing deadline.
