Knute is a top notch agent, and one I would recommend to literally anyone looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego. My wife and I are first time home owners, and when we first entered the world of real estate, it was overwhelming to say the least. Knute is the perfect counter for this. Knute is a knowledgeable, hard working, considerate, and passionate agent. From day one, Knute was on it looking for properties, trying to figure out our preferences, talking to any concerns or question we may have had, and just making the process easy to understand and much less stressful. The only reason we found the house we are currently in is because of Knute. After exhausting the properties in our area, and not finding anything we liked as we started to branch out, Knute started sending out letters to all homeowners in our favorite community that had condos that matched our preferences. I think in the end he sent out about 200 letters, addressed by hand (you read that right) to each and every homeowner who fit the description. Lo and behold, this worked perfectly, and shortly thereafter we found a place that had responded to the letter. During the process of purchasing the home, Knute was also very helpful, making sure that everything was going through alright, checking in with the loan officers and escrow. Even after we purchased the house, Knute checked up for some time afterwards, making sure that as we moved in and started living in the house everything was still working for us.
