Sophia Klopas is one of the best! I worked with Sophia to sell my old condo in South Loop and purchase a new one in Rogers Park. She was incredible to work with. She walked me through every step of the process, and made it so easy. She got my unit listed quickly, and even in the midst of a pandemic, the unit went under contract in less than 30 days. She was a fierce negotiator, and made sure I got the best deal possible. When it came time to buy, I wasn't certain which neighborhood I wanted. She took time to show me units in each of the areas I was considering so I could narrow my choice. She knew exactly the type of homes that fit my style, and when we found the perfect home, it truly was the PERFECT home. Sophia negotiated a price, and even got some extras thrown in.
