PRO's PRO!! I can't say enough good things about Kjersti. Very very very professional and most importantly, shes a very caring and respectful individual who truly cares about you and your needs. I can't express with words how nice It was not to be treated like pay check. You can tell shes a seasoned vet in this business and knows how to treat people with respect and willing to hold their hand through the process if need be like us :)
