Working with Kitty Wallace greatly exceeded my expectations. Kitty simplified the home buying process as much as possible, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any/all of my questions. When I met her to pick up my keys I was welcomed with a basket full of goodies to celebrate in addition to a freshly cleaned home from one of her team members. I have bought two houses through Kitty and had her sale two houses for me. If You are looking for some one that knows the business and is professional Kitty is for you. when she says meet me at the office, you don,t sit around waiting ,she has all the paperwork ready and she is on top of everything before it is due and dose not leave things waiting. Kitty even worked with my mortgage company and title company to get closing moved up a week because she knew I was living in a camp ground in cold weather between selling my house and buying a condo. Kitty Wallace is one of a kind and I would recommend her to new buyers and previous buyers.

We purchased our home from out of State, sight unseen. Kitty worked so well with our daughter and was always available to show her the property on a number of occasions. She returned our phone calls and emails immediately, answered all our questions and more. She organized carpet cleaning before we arrived and left a beautiful welcome package to greet us. Kitty is a very professional and friendly agent whom we would recommend to everyone.
