It was our second house purchase with Kitty as our buying agent. As we didn't live around the area, Kitty helped us to schedule a handful of house showings within a short notice. We decided to submit an offer on this place, after she highlighted the pros and cons of turning it as a rental property. With her insight and experience, our offer was accepted by the seller at only $2k above the listing price. Kitty also recommended a local property management company to us. That allowed us to have a smooth transition along the way, and the whole shopping process took us just slightly over a month. Our place then got rent out two months after closing. I couldn't image what would happen if we didn't have Kitty at the first place. We really appreciate her help throughout these years.
