We sold our home in Jersey Village and purchased a new one in Richmond. Kitty was our agent on both transactions with two closings the same day. It was positively seamless. She demonstrated an extensive knowledge of both markets and was available day or night to answer questions. As our realtor Kitty was there from paperwork to "boots on the ground." She was my therapist-friend-realtor when I would get wound up over details. Kitty pays meticulous attention to detail as it relates to paperwork and follow up. Everything she did from start to finish was with professionalism, concern for our best interests and with her infectious sense of humor. I highly recommend Kitty Crosby.
