I can’t recommend Kit enough! She was amazing to work with and made every step of the condo selling process easy. I was unsure about selling during the Coronavirus pandemic, but Kit went above & beyond to make sure showings were safe. Her attention to detail in the listing and the utilization of a video walkthrough made virtual showings a great precursor to in-person showings. Kit’s communication was top notch and she made sure to keep me in the loop on all showing details and offers. Multiple offers in just a few days was the icing on the cake.
