Charged a whopping double commission on a listing her firm badly mishandled in the first place. Our entire experience with Kit and Kelller Willliams was a nightmare. We felt half the time that she was representing the buyer at our expense. Keller Willliams so badly mishandled our listing, we got into such a bad position we had to stick with Kit even though every instinct told us to cut ties with this firm and her. Our experience was horrible and we feel violated.
