Kirt Kingzett

I cannot rave about Kirt more. I’ve known him for years but only just recently worked with him professionally when I hired him to be my realtor. I was an apprehensive first-time buyer and Kirt couldn’t have been more gracious and patient with all my questions and fears and he made the hunt for my first home a true pleasure. He often went above and beyond in our communications and I was always able to reach him in the shortest of time. He is a fantastic realtor who really knows his stuff and I recommend working with him to the highest degree.

Kirt somehow made my first-time home-buying experience enjoyable, despite the stress of having no idea what I was doing and the added difficulties of a global pandemic. He helped me through every step of the process, was always available at short notice to look at properties, and there whenever I had questions. His relaxed nature takes a lot of the worry out of the home-buying experience and I genuinely felt as though Kirt just wanted what was best for me. Would definitely recommend for buying/selling/just hanging out with - Kirt is a champ.

Kirt was an amazing asset as we were selling our condo in Sherman Oaks at the same time we were in the process of buying our new home. Needless to say it was a bit stressful for us, but Kirt was a consummate professional; he was always cool, calm and collected, and helped us navigate this process with ease and expertise. He was always accessible and responsive and went above and beyond to get our property sold ASAP. We would highly recommend working with Kirt!
