While helping us pick the best price for our home, being reasonable throughout, and dealing with finicky buyers, she kept us updated throughout the process and moved things along even when they were stalling. When the buyer had some unusual requests about removing built-in shelves and patching tiny nail holes, she even went out of her way to do that herself since we were out of state.
