I had the pleasure of working with Kirk Wittig of Boulder County Realty to assist in selling my home. Being that that this was the third home I’ve sold, I was able to hone in on what matters most when selling… marketing!. Kirk was the only one that provided specifics (not just “I’ll list it on the mls and put it on 200+ sites along with a sign in my yard”) on exactly what he would do to market my property. Of course he does the usual things that everyone does but I impressed by the other creative things he does to strum up buyers. Turns out that one of those unique methods (Kirk- I won’t tell because I don’t know if you want your competition to know) got my home sold. This guy is an expert.
