Kirk Williams

We met a Kirk 20 years ago when we bought and sold our homes with him. We felt that he was awesome then, so when it came to sell our home 19 years later, we knew we wanted a Kirk to represent us in our sale. Kirk is as genuine as they come. He gave us an honest opinion on the value of our home and what we needed to do to prepare for it to go on sale. He was willing to invest his time and resources into as many open houses as we were willing to have. As a host at some of the open houses he was thorough and well liked by potential buyers. He was in regular communication with us about market changes and what action we needed to take to make the sale. When we had several buyers make offers at one time he used his terrific negotiation skills to sell our house for more than the asking price. I highly recommend him as a realtor on a purchase or sale of a home. I would use his services again without question.
