Kirk Waggener

Kirk helped us buy a home in Medford while we were still living in Idaho. As you can imagine, this made it a lot more difficult and was a lot more work! He did it all with a smile, and never seemed to be bothered at all. We saw countless properties, asked a million questions, and had many hiccups in the road to purchase our home but he handled everything quickly and efficiently and really made everything so much easier than it could have been. He has even been a gem after we bought our home, helping with tying up some loose ends and what not. This is our second time buying a home, and after our first buying experience we were very nervous to work with a real estate agent again. He was NOTHING like our first agent, thank heaven's, and really redeemed the profession of real estate agents as a whole for us! We can't praise Kirk highly enough!
