Kirk Psenner

Kirk listed and sold our current home in four days! He had a professional photographer stage our home and then created a beautiful post card that was sent out to prospective buyers. He priced our home perfectly - we had two full price offers to choose from. Kirk also helped us buy our new home. We couldn't really decide what style of house we were looking for, but we did know the areas that we were interested in. He was diligent in providing us information on any new listing in those areas. We initially balked at looking at the home we purchased, as we didn't like the style of the house from the front. Kirk said "forget the style, you have to look at this house". He was right - it was awesome. Kirk developed a strategy that helped us purchase this house in a very desirable neighborhood. Kirk is very professional, but is also a lot of fun. He always made himself available when it was convenient for us. Another big plus is how he treated our dog. We adore our dog and made it very clear that she was to be protected during any visits to our home. I felt completely safe with our "baby" in Kirk's capable hands. They became fast friends! In closing, I would just say that I love Kirk and think he is awesome. I would consider him a personal friend and would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home.
