They take pride in helping you find what you want. They do not pressure you into any decision making and listen to what you have to say. They are second to none when it comes to communication. They are always very responsive and get back to any of your questions promptly. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of the homebuying experience and if they do not have the answer, they are resourceful and find the answer. They will go on field trips to companies and learn about their products and services. We had questions about solar and they took it upon themselves to do all the research. They visited the company and provided feedback. This made us feel so much more comfortable with our decision as we were unable to visit the company ourselves. The Niemeyer's take time in the beginning of the process to listen to you, provide a baseline starting point and build from there. If you have second thoughts or changing ideas, they adapt and change course with you. There is never a feeling of being pressured. The process is exceptionally smooth, and they are with you from the beginning to the very end. We would highly recommend the Niemeyer's for any relator needs and if we decide to buy/sell anytime in the future we will be calling the Niemeyer's.
