Importantly, his interest and knowledge in the national financial markets, the national buyer trends and knowledge of Omaha neighborhoods (and Omaha fun facts) and the Omaha buyer's market in particular leave you with a feeling of trust in handling an important transaction in your life. To me, a big asset in the working relationship with Kirk is he keeps you informed of what is going on - often during unstable markets this is a critical thing to help ease the stress level.
