I can't say enough about the Meisinger group. We were needing to move a family member from Omaha to Kansas City and unfortunately, for Kirk ,we were not of much help to prepare the house for showings. Kirk and his team dove right in and scheduled all companies to come in and clean carpets,clean house, power wash garage, replace some windows, etc. Any questions we had for them were answered immediately and taken care of in a timely fashion. I can not speak highly enough of our experience with Kirk. We used Kirk and his team to sell our 4 Bed 3 Bath home, as well as a lot we owned. Kirk recommended we try one of his Mega Open Houses. Kirk and his team walked us through every step of the process. They photographed the home, and put together a 3D virtual tour. His marketing team sent out invites in our area about the upcoming open house in order to create a buzz. We picked Kirk Meisinger as our agent after interviewing three other real estate agents, it was easy to see he was the one we could trust to do the best job. His Mega Opens were also a big selling point - we attended one he was hosting and wanted that kind of traffic for our listing. Kirk delivered. He and his marketing team delivered almost 40 buyers to our own Mega Open on Saturday, June 3rd, with another 13 showings that evening, Sunday, and into Monday.
