Kirk was always willing to accept my input as well as answer my many questions. He always kept me apprised of what was going on with the process of listing, showing, and selling my house. He never pressured me to lower the price of the house when it didn't sell within the first few weeks, but rather suggested it as a possibility but also accepting my statement that the right buyer would come along in time.
