Kirk did a great job in helping us find our house and secure it. He gave good feedback and suggestions to us while staying true to what my husband and I were looking for and we with his help we were able to get the first house we made an offer on.

This is the third great home Kirk has helped my family find over the years. Two for me and my wife, and this one for my parents. The experience has always been stellar. Kirk is very knowledgeable about the market, area specifics, trends, pitfalls, inspection, home condition, financials, and more. We have sought on his advice plenty of times, he has offered but never forced it and always made time to explain and show alternatives. We normally reach out to Kirk early before we start looking "seriously". He helps us navigate our criteria, create prospect lists, tour them and narrow down the best choices. He is friendly and often positively engages the other agents, asks for information to help us make good assessments and offer strategies. This makes the overall house hunting process enjoyable and exciting each time. Afterwards Kirk helps us navigate the offer, negotiation and escrow stages. Leaning on his expertise, we have experienced practically no drama in our offer/escrow processes for all three houses, including selling our first one (which received multiple strong offers the weekend Kirk held open house and went into escrow the week after). From what I have seen in this industry, this is a pretty stellar record. The remaining of the purchase process has been smooth as well. Kirk's firm has kept up with the tech. evolution, digital signatures, etc. All has been quick and smooth and overall stress free. I have recommended Kirk to friends and family and have always received positive feedback.

I've known Kirk for over 20 years. He helped us get into our first house 10 years ago, patiently coached us through the buying process and even the first few months of ownership, any first-time owner greatly appreciates such help.
