Kirk, was a great help in dealing with my situation and also leveraged his relationship with other party to keep the buyers interested. The house was originally going to close in late January but did not actually close until August. Due to a hot water valve breaking and taking out two thirds of the house. Kirk was there when I needed him and was very calm in the whole process. There is a reason why Kirk gets all of recognition that he does.
