When my boyfriend and I stumbled upon a house we loved and had not even been in the market to buy at that time, I reached out to several realtors for help. Kirby is the only one that responded right away, and was able to show us the house that same day. He remained available on several other occasions with very little notice, and on off hours and days. He was speedy, responsive, thorough, knowledgeable. He got us a great deal on the house of our dreams, and i could not have asked for better service. He even hooked us up with a fabulous lender and helped us get through the home loan process despite having some complex issues with buying before the sale of our current home. He acted like it was no big deal at all, whereas in the past realtors have shied away from complicated situations I had at the time. He is A++++!
