In Bay Area market, getting a house $25K below listing price is rare. We came across a listing that we liked, but was listed at full market price. Kiran helped us write an offer that was time bounded and expired before Thursday evening to avoid getting into bidding war. We got the offer accepted at $25K below in Fremont. Kiran is fast, experienced and efficient. After making an offer, we went on to Thanksgiving vacation. She helped us connect to lender so that we can close in time while on vacation. We didn't feel like we were first time buyer. Kudos to Kiran!!!
