I can’t possibly enjoy another day in our new home without praising the efforts of Ms.Kira Rozman I don’t know how she did it but she somehow got inside of my and my spouse’s head and saw exactly the house we were envisioning and then found it for us. I had a very easy time buying and selling with Kira Rozman.

Although, the house sold, couple of things left an impression. Pictures of the house were not up to par. I had to update some and take my own pictures. I don’t believe Kira actually did any showings herself , all clients were from other realtors and Kira was never really there to show or talk about the house. We weren’t given any suggestions regarding action to take about septic and ended up losing extra 10k on the sale. Kira could have suggested for us to hire an inspection company prior to selling to make sure we have all angles covered. We were not experienced sellers . Over all the house sold, although I believe the house sold itself . Kira communicated mostly through automated emails.
