Luckily Kione had sold a family memebers home, and they handed us her card just in time. Kione handled everything to sell our California home while we were living on the opposite end of the country, in the DC area. Being so many miles away I was afraid it would be stressful, and though it was at times, Kione made sure all was taken care of. She was available 100% of the time day and night for my endless questions. I often would think of something in the middle of the night and email her or text her, not expecting a reply until morning. To my surprise, she would not only reply, but most of the time had already addressed whatever I was concerned about. I would recommend Kione to the next person in a heart beat.
