We were in two separate time zones, but she always made herself available if needed. We did not know what was expected to but a house including legal documents and some unfamiliar terms and conditions, and she covered all of the check points before we even had questions on and moved things very smoothly and quickly. The fact that we closed the house in 3 weeks which showed her hard works and passion as a realtor.
Kinsey was, on multiple occasions, able to drop what she was doing and come show a house. She communicated effectively between the myself and the Sellers and was able to find extra insight that would not have been available otherwise. Her expertise allowed us to make an offer that looked attractive. Additionally, when the closing dates got pushed to be a week sooner then was expected she spent days on the phone making sure everything was in place.
