Kinder has been such a great help and was very patient with us as we searched for our forever home.

As we were new to the area, Kinder helped us get acquainted with Northern Virginia and worked with us for over a year to find our home. She was always patient and flexible, and met us all over the place to see potential homes. I really appreciated her input on various properties and valued her opinion on them. Kinder was also helpful in suggesting changes we could potentially make to a home, along with talking over pros and cons of a home. Sometimes her input helped us see a place in a different light and that made all the difference. Kinder is also knowledgeable about various laws and regulations concerning real estate, construction and owning property. I valued her explanations, as she would simplify complicated concepts in a way that we could understand. She is also personable, hilarious and very easy to work with. We highly recommend her and would work with her again in the future if necessary.
