She is a very knowledgeable and efficient realtor. Our house was located in San Gabriel Valley, it was a difficult market to predict. Plus, ur home had an addition which made it even trickier to navigate the sale. She gave great advice to making our home market ready and explained the pros and cons thru negotiating each offer.
