We are very fortunate to work with Kin San (Sandy) for the past couple of months and she was able to find a dream home for my fiancé and I. Even in this highly sought San Gabriel Valley housing market in 2023 with our price range and desired location, Sandy never gave up on us. She worked so hard to send listings within our criteria, schedule time with us every weekend to see open houses and available weekdays to preview homes. The home we ended up purchasing did not even have an open house, but Sandy was able to find this home for us to preview and we were the first ones to put in a good offer. She would follow-up with the selling agent and I believe she was the main reason how we got our dream house. My fiancé and I were elated when she shared the wonderful news when the seller accepted our offer over so many other offers. We were able to close escrow within 16 days! Sandy worked with our lender and got the closing process done smoothly. If there were any issues, she took initiative and action to get things resolved. I want to thank Sandy for her patience with us throughout this whole process, from all the texts, phone calls, e-mails, numerous offers, offer rejections, offer accepted and signing all the paperwork for escrow. My fiancé and I will never forget this first home buying experience and grateful we got to work with Sandy. I am the first home buyer. I bought my first house in LA through Sandy while I was not in LA. Therefore, I had many concerns about communication and not being able to monitor everything during the process. However, Sandy was helpful in solving many of the problems in a timely manner. She played a key role in communication among the seller agent, my mom and myself. She was also the interpreter for my mom who doesn't speak English. The house I bought is in a very bad condition which requires many follow up checking and maintenance. Sandy removed a lots off my burden by checking if the seller obtained permits for remodeling and additions to the house; called a plumber to fix the drainage; helped me set up utilities; weeded the garden by herself, etc. Overall Sandy's service is out of my expectation. I would recommend my friends to reach out to Sandy if they want to buy a house in the future.
