Originally from Brooklyn, I long thought I’d never move to New Jersey! But in 2005, I came to New Jersey to be closer to work, then I fell in love with all that it has to offer. Now I am an expert in the local market having lived in Bloomfield and West Orange before moving to Montclair, where my family and I have been for the last 10 years. The area’s great restaurants, shopping, parks, cultural institutions and kids activities make it a wonderful place to raise a family. And yet, all that NYC has to offer is just a short ride away. I am a real estate enthusiast! In addition, to being a Realtor® and local homeowner, I’m also a real estate investor, landlord and renovation project manager. As an agent, I bring the benefit of my buying, selling and renovating expertise to aid my clients in finding their perfect home. After a 25 year career in communications, marketing and project management, I decided to turn my passion for real estate into my next career. Very professional and detail oriented

Very professional and detail oriented. I was impressed with her familiarity of the property area and market knowledge. She provided a written marketing plan with options. I appreciated her accessibility, suggestions, regarding showcasing, her prompt follow-up with me and my attorney, and in particular, her sensitivity and flexibility due to tenants occupying the units. Kimya was accommodating beyond my expectations, and made the sale happen at warp speed!
