It was very confusing, but one thing for sure. Kimmie made it feel like I had no worries. She made me feel so comfortable. Even though I was stressed out, I wanted to give up on the whole thing she talked me out of it. She explain everything to the T details by details and steps by steps. She made me feel so comfortable. Kimmie was great. I went into this process with a lot of doubts that I would not finals my dream hom. Not only did Kimmie assure that it was going to happen she guaranteed me that she would find the home I was looking for. When I tell you she is the best she is better then the best. Not only did I find my dream home I also have an additional space for an ADU. Kimmie was available any time I called or text no matter told it was midnight or6am she answered. Kimmie was heaven sent!!! She came into our lives at the right time. She was very professional and knowledgeable about every question or comment we had. We've been trying to buy a house for 2 years and boy oh boy it was not an easy journey. Every time we came close there was always something. I was getting frustrated and almost gave up, but she was always there to encourage me to keep going because the right home for my family was out there. So I did and we found our home! I will 1000% recommend her to everyone who is ready to go move on up! She gave u wonderful gifts and I hope I can still keep her as a friend!!! Such a blessing!!!
