As a South Tampa native wanting an expedient, efficient, and effortless sale of my house Kimmie delivered. During our initial discussion I communicated to Kimmie what I believed the price of the property could possibly be without completing any improvements and selling as is. During this discussion I explained I would not be available to assist with much of anything as I would be working and living out of town. Kimmie knew the area and all existing price points at the time, she continued further research to validate the agreed upon listing price which was above my suggested. First accepted offer was within 24 hours and all paperwork was signed and delivered. Backup offers continued to roll in and without missing a beat they were also signed and delivered. With Kimmmie as the expert handling the situations, I didn't once contemplate the sale. It was gently communicated that the first offer was going to fall through but the second, which was higher was on the table. Again, Kimmie followed through with all parties confirming that the needed paperwork was being signed, completed, and delivered in a timely manner to finally complete the sale from afar.
