If you want someone who is honest and you can trust call Kimmen. This was my second purchase using him. This last escrow took 70 days. Not because of him because of PRMG in Corona. Never use them. As much as I yelled, screamed and cried he listened to me and said we will get thru this. I seldom ever write reviews because it takes yoo ling, don't know if it helps etc. But this experience was a true test of will, patience and in the end the best section my husband and I made.
