Kimi is fantastic. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she truly cares about her clients. We used her as our agent when we needed to purchase a home while living in another state. We did that through Facetime. It was stressful and competitive, but she made the process so much easier by being readily available and on top of new listings that fit our criteria. Over the years, she was always there to offer recommendations for professionals we needed when we needed them. We received short notice to move across the country and needed to sell our home. We called Kimi, and she was there right away with checklists of ways to prepare, and recommendations for people to call who could complete some of those things for us. This time around, she definitely took on a real estate agent AND therapist role. I was a mess. The process was stressful given our timeframe, but we sold our home within that short timeframe. She just did things she didn’t have to do for us like loaning us a dog kennel for showings so we didn’t need to buy one, offering to run to the house and put the dog up when we got short notice of a showing and weren’t available to do it. I couldn’t have gotten through that whole process without her! If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and who truly cares about you and your situation.
