Kimery Rosenfeld

Kimery was the agent my wife and I used when buying our house in the spring of 2018. She was very knowledgeable in helping us find a house that worked for us. We were new to the Atlanta metro and needed to explore different parts of the city before making a decision where we wanted to buy. During our 3 month search, Kimery showed us ~30 houses before we decided what party of the city we would like to be in. We are happy with the house we ultimately bought. She knows the Atlanta metro really well having lived here for the past 20 years. She was also very efficient with the paperwork, and everything went smoothly with the close process. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy a home in Atlanta, especially if you are from out of town and need someone to help you understand different neighborhoods.

I was not an easy client-buyer...initially wanted to rent a house in East Cobb with 2 kids and 4 dogs (hahaha). I was moving into town and owned another home/would be a tough approval on financing without selling etc. I saw a house for sale that I really liked, despite it being a mess with sellers possessing unrealistic expectations. Kimery managed the very difficult transaction with grace and poise...whether it involved keeping the other side in check or managing me when things got heated between the parties. (I am sure there were times when she wanted to fire both sides and give up!) In the end, we got the deal done, and I bought this crazy house that "I just had to have". Kimery kept it all together and made it happen!

Kimery was fantastic from the beginning to the final steps of looking for and finally purchasing a home! She is extremely knowledgeable about Atlanta which was an added bonus as we were on the search! She made sure I was educated every step of the way. Kimery gave me support as well as the support of her team. I could not have asked for a better experience.
