Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Always quick to answer questions and in a way first time home buyers understand! We loved the house and wanted to see it that day. Well we got to see it that day and put in an offer. Well here we are!!

This is it!!! This is the place to go to sell and buy your home if you want it sold quick (only ONE day on the market to find buyers and closed in about two weeks) AND above asking price!!! Kimberly Wilson made selling our home easy, like too easy. Her long experience as a realtor shines through with her spot-on advice and professionalism. We put our complete trust in her and followed her sound advice and the outcome was better than promised. We felt like she was available 24/7 and surpassed all our needs without delay. Kimberly Wilson is very personable as she was kind enough to endure our rambling about ourselves while sharing about relatable highlights from her own life and family. She was very kind while also going above and beyond our needs and wants. Thank you, Kim, for making us feel like we have a wonderful new friend!

We had such a great experience with Kimberly! She helped us when selling our house, searching for a rental, and buying the perfect land for our forever home. Kimberly helped us identify exactly what we needed to do to list the house and walked us through every step of the way once the offers came in. I will definitely contact her for future services or recommendations for friends!

Kimberly is an exceptional and very knowledgeable agent for both buying and selling a home. Since she is closely connected with the real estate community, she was able to guide us through our best options for getting our house on the market and selling it quickly, as well as getting to know our style so we could find the perfect house when we moved. If you use this agent you’ll have no worries through the entire process.

After 2 previous realtors, we were matched with Kimberly by USAA. The previous realtors were useless and had no advice for helping with the sale of my home. It sat on the market for over a year. Kimberly stepped in, gave us advice on little changes to make, and within 14 days, we had offers! It took a couple months but overall we were satisfied. Kimberly definitely knows her stuff and is a great realtor. She's also very freindly and personalble!! Thanks again Kimberly! Chemise and I appreciate you!!

For starters, this was the 2nd home I've purchased with Kimberly as my realtor. She was very attentive to my wants and needs for a new home. When she shows u a home she doesn't just show up with copies, she comes prepared with knowledge about that particular home. Overall, it's always an A+++ experience from start to closing.
