Kim was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and effective, she far exceeded my expectations for my first home purchase. Kim quickly and confidently responded to any question I had along the way and never left me without a response for longer than a couple of minutes. She gave me tips on resources to take advantage of, tactics to utilize as I began making offers, and patiently walked me through every step of the process when it finally came time to close. We had some complications with financing but I never doubted Kim's ability to see me through to the final sale.
