First off I need to say that finding our forever home would have not been possible without Kim. She was with us every step of the way from sending us possible houses, going to see every house with us and helping us through the process of buying our perfect home. She went above and beyond and never made us feel pressured into picking a home. We ended up deciding on a new build which was a new experience for us. You see all the model homes and they're gorgeous only to find out that they come without thousands of dollars of add ons and without those the homes seem unrecognizable. Without Kim's mama bear attitude and having her on our side it would have been very easy for us to go above our budget and possibly settling above our means. I can honestly say I am an extremely picky person, she was so patient with me and I never felt pushed aside with anything no matter how many times I changed my mind about what I wanted.
