A 5 star review isn’t quite enough for Kimberly! I literally could not have done this whole house hunting/house buying process without her. I feel SO lucky that I found her at an open house early in my process. I feel like she played the role of my mom, my best friend, my teacher and my therapist (ha!). But for real, she helped in so many ways beyond what I even knew I needed. She helped answer my questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask! Kimberly guided me with immense local knowledge and such patience. I seriously don’t know how people buy houses on their own. If you’re looking for a realtor or thinking about doing it on your own - my recommendation is to reach out to Kimberly first. Kimberly is very knowledgeable of the process and was willing to teach first-time buyers like us. She guided us through the whole process, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up with our forever home. If you are looking for a really great real estate agent I would wholeheartedly recommend Kimberly Teal. She did a wonderful job helping me sell my home in Mill Valley. She arranged to have the sewer line inspection, my termite inspection, home inspection and even the City inspection all on the same day! She helped us make the house look beautiful for the sale and a couple weeks later we were in escrow. Kimberly is amazing! We were first time buyers and she helped put us in our dream home. When first considering buying a home a few years ago, we went to a variety of open houses to see if purchasing was even an option.
