Kim went above and beyond for us. We bought a house in Hot Springs from out of state (which is not an easy task). She was super knowledgeable about the area, answered my million questions, and got to know us on a personal level to get a feel for what we were really looking for. Her explanation thru the buying process was super helpful as well.
