What was most impressive about Kim is her ability to listen and respond to the requests we had. The day after first meeting her and sharing our preferences, she was able to setup house visits that appealed to our sweet spot, and we found the house we bid on after two days with Kim. The process was seemless....from the listing, pictures, showing, contract and right tp the day of closing! She thought of every detail so we did not have to! Very impressive realtor. Honest and does not attempt to push anything on you. She found a rental for us when we moved to area. Located owner of a lot that we liked, but was not listed... we purchased it. Then when we decided to buy rather than build, she found a house just right for us before it was on the market and we purchased at a great price. Definitely would recommend Kim and David.
