Kimberly listed my condo in Sept 2016, shortly thereafter, I had an offer. However, that deal didn't workout, which had nothing to do with Kimberly. Again I had another offer, which went the distant but didn't close. Finally June 2017, I closed and it should be noted that Kimberly did all that an realtor could and more to close the deal.
